Detailed synopsis of our film

It would start off with a quick montage of shots of newspapers, commercials, etc of the Darren Brown Experiment, then we would introduce the main character. He would be coming out of the subway on the way to work and would see several signs which would influence him to be stuck in his chair as Darren Brown did by placing signs in the newspapers etc. They would start off very basic like a man sitting down asking him for help to get up then they would turn more obvious.

Next we see the man working late in the evening alone in the office. He is a designer for a company who make specialist chairs for extreme comfort, he is working on an idea for a new design for a chair but his mind is blank. He looks at a poster by his desk which says "So Comfortable, You can't leave" which acts as another influence. Suddenly he receives an email from an unknown source, when he opens it there is just a short flash of an image of someone stuck in a chair which he barely notices, then the window closes on it's own. At this point he is fed up of work so he decides to get a drink, but no water comes out of the fountain.
He then makes his way back to his desk but the door is jammed so he takes the long route around the other side where he sees more posters of chairs. He eventually gets back to his desk when suddenly he receives an email from an unknown source, when he opens it there is just a short flash of an image of someone stuck in a chair which he barely notices, then the window closes on it's own. He doesn't pay attention to it and decides to try to draw some ideas so he fetches his pencil and lays out some paper in front of him. As he tries to think he spins his pencil in his hand but it slips and falls on the the floor which frustrates him even more. He reaches out for the pencil but it's too far so he tries to get out of the chair but to his surprise he is stuck and can't get up. He carries on struggling in an attempt to free himself and the story ends with a black screen as the credits roll.
